    Located down in Mexican town; parking is in a lot or on the street. The place doesn't look like much, but food was excellent. I went with the sampler and thoroughly enjoyed it.  The wife who is super picky, liked the fajitas which says a lot.  

    They didn't have a large tequilla selection which was disappointing, but oh well.

    Service ruined this experience for me the bad quality food was just extra lol

    My food took 30mins to get here and I had to ask for another drink . Refill on Diet Coke really???!! When I asked for a refill she asked if it was just water. Yeah that and how about asking everyone else. They treat locals that have been in this community for years like shit.

    I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!!

    Absolutely fantastic Delicious SW DETROIT restaurant week special the Chalupas Beef filled Wonderful with Rice n Beans. She had double order Chicken Fajitas OMG loaded plate plenty to share. Place packed with a hundred plus Happy diners.     Went here for lunch and asked for extra cheese on top of my bean & cheese burrito. I didn't get cheese inside my burrito. Which is fine, mistakes are made so I told them just to take the charge for extra cheese off the bill. They refused and said the cheese on top of the burrito is more than the cheese they put inside. So, I said fine. I'm not paying for it.(I only took 1 bite out of it) To my surprise the manager rudely snatches the plate away. This used to be one of my favorite places. But now it is just a joke with service like that. All I can do is laugh it off and move on. Hope others have a better experience.

    Been to many Mexican restaurants in Detroit and none have really lived up to being authentic until Mexican Village.  In the heart of downtown this amazing restaurant stands out.   Amazing food and my wife and I absolutely love their cheese dip.   Truly different than any other around and simply out of the world.   Keep up the great work and we'll see you soon.   Great lunch menu as well.
